Labiaplasty / Vaginoplasty
Labiaplasty and Vaginoplasty are female cosmetic procedures that are becoming as common as breast augmentation and tummy tucks. They are designed to rejuvenate and improve the female genitalia, allowing women to feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies.
A labiaplasty is often sought by women who seek to reduce the size, or correct asymmetry, of the labia to improve its appearance and shape. These women can often feel discomfort or pain during various activities or from tight fitting clothing. Some patients simply want to improve sexual experiences and feel more attractive. This procedure will help to better define the inner labia, and, if desired, other adjustments can be made to the vagina. All incisions will be hidden within the natural contours of your body, and all discomfort and swelling will disappear within a few weeks of the procedure. The common risks involved are bleeding, infection, asymmetry and scarring, though these are infrequent.

Vaginoplasty is designed to tighten and enhance sensitivity in the vagina that is often lost due to multiple childbirths. Women usually seek this procedure to enhance sexual experiences and self-confidence. Anyone in good physical condition and health is a candidate for this surgery. The procedure aims to tone the vaginal muscles to increase contraction strength and control. Patients may walk within a few days after surgery and can return to regular activities within four to six weeks. Risks are similar to those involved with a labiaplasty and are also infrequent.
